  • WE PLAN ON UPDATING OUR BATHROOM AND WONDER WHAT IS MORE DESIRABLE , A TUB WITH SHOWER OR A FULL SHOWER ENCLOSURE?

    • Great question! Assuming you have no other full bathrooms in your home, you might let your past vacationers (or your ideal vacationers, if you’re new to renting) help you decide. Perhaps you have historically rented to families with young children, so a shower with a tub would likely be preferred and appreciated. But also worth considering are vacationers traveling with elderly or handicapped companions. These vacationers often require a stand-up shower enclosure that is on the main floor of the home and close to a bedroom. Furthermore, if you have an additional full bath in your home that has a tub, you can save a little money – and maybe even a little space – by installing a stand-up shower enclosure. Let us know what you decide!

  • Hi Becky,

There are no quick easy bathroom updates on my mac book pro lap top. There is a big empty field and in the center it says “missing plug in.” any suggestions?
