For years, we have admired and learned from Heather Bayer of CottageBlogger.com, a leader in the vacation rental industry.  Her resume includes writing Renting Your Recreational Property for Profit, managing over 200 properties in Ontario and Quebec area, sharing knowledge via weekly blogposts and podcasts, and now spearheading the Vacation Rental Success Summit in Toronto later this month. Over the years, we have been in touch with Heather via social media. While sharing each other’s content, we discovered that we have common philosophies and strategies about marketing and managing a vacation rental.
