  • Might I suggest to the site owners that they provide an override to the automatic greeting? Most times I know folk’s “nicknames” or the names of both renting parties and would like to personalize my greeting. I end up giving two greetings!!
    Thank you!

    • Hi Cyndi. Thank you for your great suggestion and feedback! Just wanted to be sure, though, that you are aware that you can type any name you choose into the First Name field of the Request Form Template, or you can change the field if you’ve selected an existing booking from the drop down menu. This is the field that auto-populates the Greeting. Let me know if you have any questions.

      • Cyndi, after looking into this a little more, I now realize you are referring to the template for contacting past tenants via the Email Inquiries section. I have sent your suggestion to our web team to see if there is a way we can make the First Name field editable here, similar to the Review Request Form.
