Vacation Rental Homeowner News: Support House Bill H00311

“The [coastal] Massachusetts homeowners are paying excessive homeowner insurance rates based on Hurricane Model outputs which are not proven accurate to Massachusetts.

The ‘Predicted Hurricane’ intensities and frequencies of storms are inflated and do not correlate to Massachusetts Historic past of Hurricane events.
