As homeowners, we are usually fairly anxious to convert as many inquiries as we can into bookings. We’re  abundantly aware of how much competition there is out there, and we want to grab that bird in hand.  Before we jump to send the lease and collect the rent, however, it’s important to determine if our home is a good fit for them. A bit of caution can save a lot of time and avoid a potentially unhappy experience for both you and the vacationers.
